ON&BOARD Inc. (Headquarters: Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representatives: Masato Shimodaira, Kousuke Nakayama, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will hold the Demo Day for the first cohort of the startup support program "Out of BOUNDS" on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Global Business Hub Tokyo.

The first cohort of this program includes a diverse group of 21 entrepreneurial candidates from backgrounds such as major financial institutions, mega-ventures, and serial entrepreneurs. These participants have spent intensive days engaging in practical courses and mentoring sessions with ON&BOARD and supporting members, all aimed at preparing for fundraising and financing. At the Demo Day, six teams with promising business hypotheses will take the stage to present their ideas.

"Out of BOUNDS" Program Overview

As a venture capital firm, we maintain an in-house startup studio function that continuously identifies promising business themes and evaluates their potential for new ventures. "Out of BOUNDS" is a startup support program spanning approximately three months, during which participants discover and select business themes, conduct validation, build business hypotheses, develop business plans, and present on Demo Day, all with the aim of launching new ventures after completing the program.
