ON&BOARD's startup support program, "Out of BOUNDS," held its inaugural kickoff on Friday, August 23, 2024, at Tokyo Innovation Base in Yurakucho, Tokyo. The first session of the program includes a diverse group of 21 aspiring entrepreneurs, with backgrounds ranging from major financial institutions and mega-ventures to serial entrepreneurs.

"Out of BOUNDS" is a startup studio dedicated to working with entrepreneurs to identify promising business themes and assess the feasibility of launching new ventures. Over a period of approximately three months, participants will engage in discovering and selecting business themes, conducting validations, building business hypotheses, and formulating business plans. The program culminates with a Demo Day presentation in mid-November, aiming to pave the way for the launch of new startups after the program concludes.

③Support for Securing Startup Funding, Matching Founding Members, and Global Expansion

For promising business ideas, we provide support for securing startup funding through investment from our company or introductions to suitable investors.

The program also offers numerous opportunities to meet and discuss with like-minded individuals aiming to start their own businesses, potentially helping participants find their future founding members.

Leveraging our network, we support early global expansion by introducing participants to overseas venture capitalists and management talent focused on international growth, helping to build products and structures geared toward a global market.
