アンチ・ハラスメントポリシー

1. Our Fundamental Stance

ON&BOARD is committed to fostering a healthy and sustainable startup ecosystem where all stakeholders can work and take on challenges with confidence.

Harassment undermines individual dignity, infringes upon human rights, and poses a serious threat to the sustainable growth of organizations and society. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, whether within our own organization or in relation to officers and employees of our portfolio companies and prospective investees.

2. Definition of Harassment

Harassment covered by this policy includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Sexual harassment

  • Power harassment (abuse of authority)

  • Moral harassment (verbal or psychological abuse)

  • Maternity harassment

  • Any other unfair conduct that undermines personal dignity or threatens a safe environment

3. Specific Measures

To eradicate harassment, ON&BOARD will implement the following measures:

  • Zero-Tolerance Policy
    We make it clear that no form of harassment will be tolerated under any circumstances.

  • Commitment by Management
    Our management team will demonstrate a strong commitment to preventing harassment and will take the lead in setting an example of appropriate behavior.

  • Anonymous Reporting Channel
    We have established an anonymous reporting channel to ensure that concerns can be raised safely:

    • Reports can be made anonymously, and the privacy of the reporter will be strictly protected.

    • Reporters will not suffer any disadvantage or retaliation as a result of making a report.

    • Reports can be submitted through the following channels:

  • Prompt and Fair Investigation and Response
    All reports and consultations will be promptly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken in a fair and impartial manner. Depending on the case, actions may include disciplinary measures, contract termination, or reporting to external authorities.

  • Education and Awareness Activities
    We will regularly provide training and awareness programs for officers and employees to ensure a correct understanding of harassment issues and promote preventive actions.

  • Collaboration with Portfolio Companies
    Through investment agreements and shareholder agreements, we will also encourage our portfolio companies to adopt anti-harassment measures and, where necessary, provide support and guidance.

4. Continuous Improvement

We will periodically review our anti-harassment measures, incorporating feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, and will continuously improve our systems, mechanisms, and operations. We will also disclose the status of our initiatives to the extent possible to ensure transparency.
